Pilar and Luis were looking for more than just a renovation — they were seeking a life change and a true transformation of their old 1980s beach apartment in Alicante. The story of how they found us is a curious one, and both, independently, agreed that they wanted us to be the ones to carry out the project for their new home in Alicante — turning it into a bright, serene, and comfortable refuge, perfect for enjoying all year round.

Now, just as they wished, each day begins with the sea breeze and the calm of a space thoughtfully designed just for them.

From the outset, Anne and Adam were very clear that they needed to renovate and transform their home into a leisure space with a strong family character, a comfortable, welcoming space that, above all, would allow them to enjoy their life with family and friends, so open spaces were a must in order to promote communication and quality time together.

Cristina and Javier wanted to transform a newly built apartment they had purchased in San Juan Beach, Alicante, into a new space that felt serene and functional. They needed a full renovation to turn it into a spacious, understated, and practical home — one with shared spaces, but designed in a way that preserved intimacy for both them and their son whenever needed. A home that would allow them to enjoy life at their own pace.

A very personal, eclectic, daring, fun and artistic loft home, in which the personality of its owners makes the difference. It is one in which each space surprises and leaves no one indifferent, this type of home that you cannot locate in a specific geography and that, perfectly, we could find in New York, London, Madrid or… Alicante, as is the case.

A newly built home that did not meet any of the family’s criteria for use and aesthetics. They wanted a home that offered a greater sense of space, light and usability. And that’s what we did, we designed for them a spacious, bright house that offers them a new way of life.

A new situation and a challenge for us. We knew that we would have to make, more than ever, a custom made home for them.
