Cristina and Javier wanted to transform a newly built apartment they had purchased in San Juan Beach, Alicante, into a new space that felt serene and functional. They needed a full renovation to turn it into a spacious, understated, and practical home — one with shared spaces, but designed in a way that preserved intimacy for both them and their son whenever needed. A home that would allow them to enjoy life at their own pace.
