The project

Stone, wood, and glass have been the elements around which the foundation of the renovation has revolved. Elegant and modern are the words chosen by its owners to describe their new home.

The open layout of the house was a bold move that has turned out to be one of the keys to the success of the design, aiming for seamless and fluid communication between spaces.

The central box

The paneling of the central box that distributes and serves as a divider between the different rooms of the house also has other uses, one of which is to house sliding doors inside it to isolate the rooms when needed.< /p>

The kitchen island

The spacious kitchen island is one of the standout elements because, for Carmen and Emilio, having space in the kitchen was a necessity, and cooking has now become an enjoyable moment for them.< /p>

An inner courtyard

Another major success has been the restoration of the interior courtyard, integrating it into the space formed by the living room and kitchen, thanks to the glass wall with sliding doors that provide access from different angles. A small garden in the heart of the city that can be enjoyed from every corner of the house.

The stone floor

In the words of the homeowners, the limestone floor has been the big surprise in this project due to its texture, the sensation it produces underfoot, the acoustic qualities it creates, and the visual sense of continuity it provides throughout the entire home.
