Living with family

A large space with unobstructed views, where you can see your child playing on the floor or your partner on the sofa while you prepare a salad in the kitchen is the lifestyle that Marta and Sergio wanted.

*At the end of the report you’ll find photos of the previous state of the house.

The project

Marta and Sergio were looking for a centrally located and well-lit home. At Volta_ we found a property that, although it was in very poor condition, had many possibilities because it had cross ventilation and a south-facing orientation with unobstructed views, which was perfect for what they were looking for.

Flexible space

The day area adjoins a room for flexible use, which is completely incorporated into the day zone, although it can be completely closed by a large sliding door, serving as a guest bedroom, living room, games or study area when needed.

The warmth of wood

Our clients were looking for a warm home, where they could walk barefoot or sit on the floor to play or read. That is why it was decided to use maple wood for the floor, with which later study benches or headboards would also be designed.

"I have managed to get my house adapted and personalized to my lifestyle, thanks to the professionalism and know-how of the Volta_ team_. It has been an exciting experience and without a doubt It was worth the waiting time."
